What documents will you need to complete enrollment?
You will be prompted to sign up for a SchoolMint account. This is where you'll submit your enrollment documentation and finalize your application. To sign up you'll need:
An email address or mobile number
To Select a Password
After signing up, you will be able to begin a new application and submit the required documentation.
Documents required for enrollment are:
State-issued identification (parent and/or student)
Student's birth certificate
Proof of address
Proof of income (students 18 and over)
Student's immunization record
Student's official transcripts
Withdrawal letter from student's most recent school previously attended
