Students 16-21, when you click below to apply through SchoolMint:
- You will be prompted to sign up for a SchoolMint account. To sign up:
- Enter your email address or mobile number
- Select a Password
- After signing up, you will be able to begin a new application and submit the required documentation.
- Documents required for enrollment are:
- State-issued identification (parent and/or student)
- Student's birth certificate
- Student's social security card
- Proof of address
- Proof of income (students 18 and over)
- Student's immunization record
- Student's official transcripts
- Withdrawal letter from student's most recent school previously attended
